fast shipping, good company, decent product My "Wunderbrow" shipped quickly, I received the correct product, the sales representative I dealt with was a bit pushy, but nice. The product itself is pretty good, but I probably wouldn't pay full price for it. Also, you require purchasing a different brush from them to use the product, which is annoying.

Returned but never refunded I received the product almost 3 weeks after ordering When I received it I found it thick and sticky and it looked very unnatural unless you have a tun of natural eyebrow hair to start essentially this is just a tint for your brow hair not a filler for thinning spots. I called customer service the next day after I used the product They emailed me return instructions and said I would receive a full refund!! I have followed up with the returns department 2 times since And told they would get back to me. It has since been 4 months and I have zero contact back from them or a refund. I think this company has learned how to capitalize on social media and are criminals with a crappy product.

NOT semi-permanent Ordered product but never received it. Carrier documented that it was delivered but it never made it to my mailbox so I don't know where it ended up. Had to submit report with USPS and forward the incident number to wunderbrow. A replacement liner was shipped to me after that. I ordered the brow liner and brow gel combo. The product itself is okay. I love the shape of the brow liner but it is NOT semi-permanent whatsoever. It washes and wipes off just as easily as any other liner.

Good, But Application Takes Work Firstly, the product arrived very quickly. The colour is pretty neutral (brunette) and doesn't come out looking red or yellow. I'm blonde, but I like a defined brow, so the brunette works perfectly. The only issue is the application. It's something you have to play around with, before achieving the perfect look. An angle brush is a MUST when applying; the product moves around a lot. I suggest dabbing your brush and waiting a couple seconds to allow the product to get a sticky consistency. This helps a little to control the placement, and allows you to build on the product. It washes off easily with makeup remover. Overall, I'm happy. I would highly recommend this when going on vacation!
