5 Stars I'm new to e-commerce and have been searching for products to buy. After some struggle, I came across the Heaven Prime website, which offered me premium products. While the shipping was 2 days late, I stayed in touch with the customer service, and they provided me with details. Their customer service deserves a 5-star rating.

This may be a scam So I made a order on the 16th of October its about to be a month since I made the order, I have send chats so I can get an update and every time they told me I will get my order soon or this week I really don't understand why it's taking forever if I live like an hr from Hammonton so at this point I'm not sure if I get scammed, plus I haven't received any tracking number of my order but it shows that my order its been picked up. Should I wait another week or just cancel and get my money back.

Didnt shipped the product I have bought a product and waited so many time , i continuously massaged them and Got no reply . Full Of scam , They Can provide you invoice . But They will never ship you the product. I want my money back .
