I had my first occasion to order a canvas print for a family photo and the quality is outstanding. The packaging the print came in was durable and sturdy. GBVery Impressed! Picture salon contacted me quickly to evaluate the picture to be less fuzzy. Changes made, difference in cost quickly refunded, and completed picture arrived incredibly fast and very safely packaged. Very impressed.

GBPicture Salon did a beautiful job… Picture Salon did a beautiful job scanning & printing an old, sentimental family heirloom watercolor. Prices were reasonable. The wait to scan was long but I was warned that it was a busy time of year. The staff explained the process well. Good experience!

GBIncomplete order, with blemishes. I am missing one of the backer boards I ordered. I double checked what I received against what I ordered, and I am definitely missing one of the 16x20 ones I ordered. Also, I found it to be an unpleasant surprise that many of the 16x20 sized backer boards had markings on them. At least half to a third of them had barcodes and logos printed on them. I felt it was unprofessional. What I will say is that it was packaged beautifully.
