Vibrant Colors, Great Ordering System, & Worth Every Penny! It was difficult to know what to expect from this expensive order, but now that I've received the two canvases, I can say their online ordering system and its customization options are wonderfully done to support online ordering! A few places could use more tips and examples, but the absolutely most important one—Quality—was perfectly well estimated. The quality is great! The colors are vibrant and remarkable, truly showing the stunning sunsets we captured. I did minor enhancements in Photoshop ahead of time to ensure ArtisanHD was working from the crispest image, sharpest colors, and solid contrasts on the low light areas of the sunset landscape; I noticed someone else saying they lost details—increasing contrast and levels in a photo editing program may help. I was shocked to find so much detail in the canvases that I realized I hadn't even noticed some of it before! We're thrilled, and we'll definitely be coming back for more! Given the quality, the prices are truly excellent and the time frame is completely reasonable. Packaging was also great. Highly recommend!

The print was fine The print came out fine. My problem is , it takes a long time to get done. Unless you pay a small fortune for a quicker shipment. Also shipping is through FedEx. They delivered properly this time. But it’s the first time out of 9 other attempts from ordering from other places. Absolutely live their customer service. The print came out great. I ordered it on cold press paper because I wanted it unsealed and with a flat finish. What I got was cold press paper ✅ but it was glossy in appearance. Maybe there’s an option I missed checking. All in all … I’d use again . But to get it in around 7-10 days almost doubled the cost.

Amazing! My picture looks great ! It was well packaged and arrived when they said it would. My only ‘problem’ is I can find NO instructions on how to hang it?? So it is propped up on a chair until I can figure it out or get advice!
