Disappointed. Disappointed. The 16x20 Image that I received was way more blurry and unfocused than what website portrays. Unless this was a printing error, Think you owe your customers advice/warning in order for them to make an informed decision.

Great prints, difficult to transport The prints turned out great, but they were mailed on a latte cardboard sheet, rather than being rolled in a tube. This makes it very difficult tk travel with them. I would have appreciated having had them rolled, as described on the shipping section of the website.

Amazing service! Sky Image Lab is great! I really liked one particular image of the Orion Nebula but wanted a particular cropped + rotated perspective of it to fit my space. The owner reached out to me to accommodate this request and responded with a number of mockup options to ensure the final print would come out exactly as I wanted.
