I have used Thanks.io personally as… I have used Thanks.io personally as well as helping to assist many realtor partners set up automated campaigns. Personally, I am super lazy, so I love to have the ability to just "set it and forget it" - The ability of Thanks to easily accept leads to a list and trigger a specific campaign out to those leads for a pre-set amount of mailers/time is awesome. Keep up the good work guys!

I am brand new to direct mail marketing… I am brand new to direct mail marketing (and marketing in general) and thanks.io was recommended by a friend who works in ed. tech. I signed up for the monthly "Pro Access" business plan, which comes with one-on-one implementation assistance and a complimentary postcard design. I went into my implementation call assuming it would basically be a live tour of the product (which I had already done using their video tour). OH MY GOSH. I spoke with Justin for over 40 minutes, explaining my business, why I was launching it, and how little I knew about marketing or direct mail. Justin has been AWESOME at helping me think through a marketing strategy, looking at my existing websites and making smart suggestions, then advising me on a starter direct mail campaign. Arp (Design & Support) was really quick to answer my design questions. This is WAY MORE than I expected from a direct mail provider! At this point, I feel like I am working with a colleague, not a 3rd party service provider. The Thanks.io platform itself is extremely easy to use and I am excited to launch my first direct mail campaign! Thank you Justin, Arp, and the entire Thanks.io team!

Support is awesome The sign up process was simple. I've been watching things. I owe for a while and decided to go ahead and switch my cards over to them. Support has been excellent, very timely, very efficient. And I'm looking forward to this new relationship.

Thanks.io for customer appreciation/referrals is 10/10 The builder and dashboard were super easy to use and build a campaign from scratch to go out in the mail. I can tell the cards arrived today because I have gotten 5 scans already and I'm super excited to see how the conversions are from here. We are running an existing client referral campaign and I am very optimistic that these cards will help drive results.
