I feel like the fact that this product… I feel like the fact that this product doesn't work with the latest version of Photoshop wasn't explained or shown properly in the description when you purchase it. I then reached out to the customer service team, which they did respond back promptly on some suggestions to try, however none of their suggestions worked. They did say they will be updating this mock up soon so that is doesn't run into this issue with Photoshop, however there was no date as to when this will happen. I then asked for a refund or a credit so I can purchase something else thats usable and I haven't heard back from them.

One font "Flowering-Bubbly" was not… One font "Flowering-Bubbly" was not compatible with Adobe. Waste of money. The other font I purchased was fine, hence 3 stars.

I trust Creative Market I found exactly what I wanted and the purchase and download were super easy.

I am not artistic at all I am not artistic at all, and had doubts, got a chance at a free weekly template and it was so easy. I started looking for what I wanted and all styles and price ranges were available. Good experience. Hope to continue using.
