Sticker Quality is OK, but that's about it. 30% of the order was missing. I had to chase and every time I did I was told "your order is already in the mail" but what they claimed was sent, and what I video'd coming out of the packages never aligned. Also if you knew an order went out light, why wait for a customer to contact? Fishy at best. Always reactionary to my messages. To their credit, they did refund the % of missing product in the end. But I can't honestly say I would ever consider using them again. Ordering stickers should not have to be this much work for the customer.

Avoid these scammers!! Shorted me more than half of my order. The quality on the stickers I did receive were so awful that they were unusable. Blurry images and so many tears around the edges it looked like they were punched out by a drunk monkey. Customer service accused me of sabotaging my own order, saying the full number left their factory in perfect condition. Complete scammers, do not waste your time or money!!

Customer service has always done right… Customer service has always done right by me and the product and deals are second to none.I appreciate their business and would always recommend them to anyone.

SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK I got another email for a review and I'm happy to leave it. OG Factory stiffed me out of 200 stickers (order was for 400)...... I submitted a payment dispute with my credit card because after a month there was no attempt to correct my order. See my review posted in Aug/Sept. Shop at your own risk! Edit***In spite of the snarky reply..... I'll reiterate -- SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

A few issues I paid for the option to see a proof and to edit. I was finally sent a proof to review, I asked for them to cut it in the shape of my logo instead of just a big square. A week or so went by without any communication and when I finally reached out I was informed my stickers were in transit. They arrived and they weren’t what I was expecting. First they are just squares not due cut like I requested when putting in my order and again when editing the proof. Second they are just so thin and they don’t really stick that well. The reason they get 2 stars is because they gave me 3 designs in the order (though I put in 4 different designs) and the fact they let you do that is cool.
