Was contacted to say they were out of stock But they still let me order and pay for them Have no idea when they will arrive.. Was so excited about product. Now feeling nervous they may not arrive at all..😭

Great experience every time I have now ordered a multitude of times and have never had any issues what soever. The stickers are always perfect quality, quickly shipped and delivered. A little tip for anyone wondering: you can make your design with Cyrillic letters and it works perfectly.

Missing instructions We purchased a sticker which arrived fairly quickly but no instructions included. Unfortunately the telephone number on the site doesn’t work. My husband sent an email yesterday but no reply yet. We tried to put the sticker up using YouTube video instructions but it didn’t work and the sticker is ruined so we’re pretty disappointed with the whole experience so far. We loved the look of the sticker and were so excited to put it up but it has been a disaster. Hoping customer service will fix the issue but looking at some of the reviews on here I’m not sure. Fingers crossed!

Ordered stickers weeks ago Ordered stickers weeks ago, still waiting for them. Fast dispatch it definitely isn’t and they aren’t based in the UK otherwise I would never have trusted them with my money. They give a false impression and I am yet to see a shred of customer service or professionalism. Sent loads of emails querying things and not a single reply. They are scammers, honestly do not order from them.

Terrible product Terrible product, we bought the large round one, and the image quality is terrible for that size. it's all pixilated and the colours are really dull. it actually looks like a grey moon and not the beach it was meant to be. Trying to get it off was wrecking my walls (we followed the terrible instructions to a T) but they were not correct to start with. But the walls had not been freshly painted or anything like that. Customer service is prompt but completely messed up. We had to keep repeating our problems over and over every time there was a message, they would just say "we're sorry, can you tell us what happened" They have refunded us but was an ordeal.. and I'm not stuck to a moon on my coastal living room... Just don't do it to yourself!
