Sy is the man! So, I ordered a printer that showed to be in stock, but I didn't get charged for shipping or get confirmation on my order. They give you a number to call to expedite/confirm your order, so I called and Sy picked up. After a brief exchange he informed me that the unit I ordered did show in stock, but they were both DOA units. Did that stop Sy from providing excellent customer service? NOPE! He immediately and unprompted started to search for and list other options for me. I was able to take these back to my customer and we agreed on a solution. Once again, I called in to the number and The Me-SY-ah answers the phone! Two to three minutes later, boom I am updating my client with good news! Very satisfied with this process and customer service!

Great Product, Incredible Customer Service The printer is just what we wanted, but the customer service is just incredible. Not your standard internet sale, but working with real people who know what they are talking about and have the customer in mind. We will use them for all of our printer purchases in the future. Cannot rate them high enough!

Competitive Pricing This site throws some serious competition to all those chain stores out there. I ordered a C5255 Canon Color Copier and those familiar will know that this is no small desktop copier. Its built like a horse an was worth investing in. Although its a pretty penny, the Copyfaxes pricing was very fair, and with the fast shipping and smooth service its worth a look at!

Excellent service with quality delivery We were a bit wary of buying a used DesignJet printer, but Sy made it easy and answered our questions fully before the sale. We paid extra for delivery service, but it was hand delivered with pride and set up in our studio by Steve, who was knowledgeable and helpful (we had to work out a new computer interface and he had useful suggestions). Then two printheads failed and Steve worked with Sy and the Service department to get us new ones quickly at no charge. The printer is working great and their service has been very good.
