Customer service and product I was shopping printers due to shipping cost from my long term vendor I found unacceptable. Luckily, I came across Bumblejax. I was able to upgrade what I offer my clients and had an overall great experience. My first order was 17 prints (mostly five to seven feet wide on Dibond) and they were all jam up.
