Amazing personalised customer service! I was struggling with price and location as I wanted a sign company that was in my area. Unrivaled Neon was great, super responsive to my email, quote, and reviews all the way through the process. They had a personal touch and we were on a first name basis. My sign turned out amazing, and we even had to hold our delivery date as we were away, never a problem. Finishing touch, was a handwritten letter that came with my sign which was a special suprise. Thoughtful designs and commendable neons :) I purchased the good vibes only neon and was not disappointed. Delivery came in a couple weeks, neatly packaged and secure! Was super easy to hang onto the wall, I recommend you use 3M stripes if you don't want to drill screws in your wall. The remote dimmer is also a cool feature , highly recommend Unrivaled! I would definitely purchase again in the near future.

First time purchasing a neon & spending… First time purchasing a neon & spending a decent amount can be a little nerve wracking but the team at UN were very attentive the whole way through from beginning to even after receiving my light! Would definitely consider them again if I was to look at upsizing or rebranding.
