I have ordered four statuettes from… I have ordered four statuettes from this site. On the last order one of the statuettes was broken, probably in transit, and the other was the wrong size. I notified them and they immediately began the process to remake both pieces. Correspondence and customer service is beyond excellent. All four of our grandchildren now have their own statuette.

Issues I have had. I have ordered statuettes for several years and have had problems the last two years. Bases arrived in the wrong color, one base was cut incorrectly, orders taking longer than websites states it will. This year, the construction was changed to what I feel made a product of lesser quality for a slightly higher price.
