Bad experience all around I ordered vinyl letters through lettering.com. I got an email from signs.com wanting me to proof my order. It was completely wrong. Wrong font, wrong size, wrong color. I chatted with them and was told I needed to email. I emailed and was told that vinyl letters weren't available in the font I chose and I'd need to do a custom wall sign - not at all what I'm wanting. I then called and talked for 28 minutes and gave them the correct font, size and color and was told I would get another email with another proof sometime later. Frustrated doesn't describe where I am with this process.

The vinyl came out fantastic The vinyl came out fantastic. We had paid 100$ for our previous vinyl, compared to the 25$ it cost us to get it from these guys its a fantastic deal for the quality you get. I included in the notes we needed an arrow to indicate the door to our buisness and they included it free of charge. Please save yourself time and money and just go with these guys.

5 years later: looking great I was just sending a link to my daughter for purchase of mailbox letters. I then noticed that I had bought the numbers for our mailbox in 2018. Wow our letters still look great! I have purchased from them twice now (mailbox run over) and will not look elsewhere for lettering. My daughter commented on how nice our numbers look especially compared to the crummy ones our neighbor has, she then asked where we got them.

I reached out with custom designs for… I reached out with custom designs for my motorcycle, they were very quick to answer and get them designed. I received them in a couple days as well! I didnt have exact measurements so the cuts didnt actually end up fitting (this isnt their fault though) I now have the correct sizes and will be ordering them again in order to get the right ones!

Definitely a AAA business Definitely a AAA business. I found Lettering.com through a google search. I needed a port of call, vinyl lettering,on the stern of my recent sailboat purchase. Super easy intuitive tools on there website to custom make your decal. Expedient with shipping along with the delivery of a flawless product. Easy DIY instructions. I purchased the .75 squeegee to help with the installation which is a 3M product. Happy with that too. Wish every online purchase went this well.
