Return item in queue for process for two months… It’s been over two months my return and the item was confirmed in queue to be processed for at least 6weeks and it’s still not refunded. Constantly have to email customer service to check in. NOT RECOMMEND

This company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent! A purse has been ordered in my name and charged to my card that I NEVER ordered. I have contacted my credit card provider but this company does not answer their phone, do not return emails or respond to requests for help on their Chat format or Instagram messaging. SCAMMERS!

I bought a $350 La Perla night gown I bought a $350 La Perla night gown. It arrived in a used box that looked dirty. This was a bridal gift and no way was that going to be acceptable. Presentation is as important as the item. Being returned.

First time ordering from this site First time ordering from this site. I was very excited to find the dress I was looking for. I ordered it for an event with my daughter. After 10 days, I noticed it was still ‘processing’. Shipment date had not changed. Thought it was strange so I called and spoke to a very kind young lady. She looked into it for me and the product has been delayed until June!!! Now I’ve wasted time and am looking for a new dress my event which is next week…ugh. Would have been nice to know. Glad I called! And, on top of that, I used a discount code for a first time order, and now I cannot use that offer again.

I could not agree more with the other… I could not agree more with the other reviews. Zero stars. This company and the customer service is horrific. I purchased a dress on December 23rd and returned it on December 29th. The return was delayed because the return address, by default, was wrong and had not been updated on the website. I was able to reach Joy in customer service and on chat, who promised my return would be processed soon. No refund yet. I will never buy from this retailer ever again.
