The extra fonts in some decks, the dark and light versions, the extra icons etc. are a great extra. Plus, during my short membership period I already got 2 updates of new themes. I'm still slightly overwhelmed, browsing through many themes, but think I will soon find a good mix of basic slides and the great environmental themed ones that are available.
