GBComplete scam! Complete scam. Once they get your money and have you sign a contract you can never reach anyone. My boss worked with them on her book and they literally told us less than a week out they were not able to do it after receiving payment more than a month in advance. Very disappointing and they did not even offer an apology.

CAAcutrack is very good at doing the… Acutrack is very good at doing the particular thing Acutrack does, works with shopify and all my books are delivered. Their vibe can be a bit cold and businesslike, but my last conversation with Sindhuja was very nice and helpful. I wish I didn't have to print a minimum amount of books with each print run.

We work with several of their (almost daily) on order activity, expedites, special packing slips, etc.. and everyone is very friendly and helpful. We work closely with Pete Aguilera on any issues (which are very few) and Pete helps resolve them quickly! Great customer service!
