Definite `5'! I wanted to give Professor Color a `4' because this is the first time I've ordered ink for my xerox colorCube from anyone and don't fully know if there is a better option out there. However, `5' seems more appropriate if I judge the company and order for itself. I called customer service with questions, and spoke with a knowledgeable person who answered all my concerns as a first time buyer of ColorCube ink. The order process was easy. I appreciate the savings offered because of the `by-pass key system', which allows using less expensive OEM xerox ink in the more current ColorCube models. Apparently, xerox charges more or less for the same ink, depending on which ColorCube model you have. Prof Color supplies the by-pass key to get around having to pay more for the same ink. Thanks Professor Color!

Great Ink, Great Customer Service I buy their ink for my Xerox Phaser 8560 and have had no problems whatsoever. Also had a problem with an order. I called and they fixed the problem right away.
