Yousef the artist! In a world where everyone claims to have Microsoft Office skills, it was a shock to me to know I was PowerPoint illiterate. In a complete panic zone, I had all my content written out, then comes me trying to put together a presentation. Slide after slide, my presentation looked like an unpublished book of pure text. I was struggling to make my presentation influence and motivate my audience, I kept trying to move text around, add photos, switch between templates, oh my god I was loathing the whole process. I kept convincing myself, it’s okay my content speaks for itself, deep inside I knew it was not what I wanted, I envisioned and could talk it out and tell you exactly what I wanted, but the skills to illustrate and draw it out? I finally gave in made the best decision of my life and used Slide-Cow, Yousef scheduled a meeting with me, took all my notes, we actually had a screen sharing conference and I exactly showed him what I had, and exactly told him how I want my slides to look like. Without further ado, Yousef the artist, and his exceptional energy, converted my presentation into what I call an award winning presentation. I will continue to use Slide Cow for all my presentations!

Excellent Customer Support Update: Slide Cow reached out and it was an honest mistake. They offered to provide the slide templates for free and I declined, as all I wanted was the product I purchased. He did insist on refunding me, which was incredibly kind and professional. I would absolutely work with, and recommend Slide Cow. The content they put out is of very high-quality and their customer support was outstanding. Original I paid, my credit card was charged, and I have no email and received no link to the templates (it could've been user error, as many things are). I emailed the company through their site and didn't hear back.
