Top notch product . . . and customer service! I have used Stencil to create online posts for probably about a year. The product is amazing, and allows me to knock this task off with some speed. Yesterday, I ran into a glitch in formatting the post . . . a glitch I've never seen before. After consulting the FAQs, I sent a note into Support, fully expecting it may well be a day or so before I heard back. Imagine my surprise when within an hour, I had an email response. Through email we "troubleshot" the problem and I was able to fix it on my own. By bringing it to Stencil's attention, they figured out the glitch was actually on their end . . . and they were able to fix it for all. Before I fixed the problem, they were willing to get on Skype with me to troubleshoot. All the way around, from the product to customer service, they are 5 stars. In an age when C grade customer service is the norm (if you're lucky) this product and this company stands above all others! You can't go wrong.

Get Stencil is an awesome program Get Stencil is an awesome program. First off its a lot of fun to use. It is very easy to use and It makes being creative a snap. I have had this program for over two years now. Each day I write a blog I create a few images, sometimes I just do it for fun and post them to FB or Pinterest. The crew at Get Stencil are always looking for ways to improve the program and have done so successfully on numerous occasions. They have added new photos, quotes, templates and icons. You can save images you create, download and the one I love allows you to post directly to FB and Pinterest. This program has helped me to boost my Pinterest following immensely. One last plus, I have contacted support for solutions to make better images and they responded quickly and with the solution I needed. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Get Stencil.

Saving you time and money! I use a few online tools to create blog and social media graphics but Stencil is my favorite. The main reason I prefer it is because it is fast and easy to use which is great for people who don't have a lot of time. I also like the fact that if you have one of the premium accounts you don't have to pay extra for images and icons which can work out to be costly when you're creating a lot of images. I have twice also needed to contact them for support and the replies were both speedy and my issues were resolved straightaway. Well worth the money.

This review is not regarding the tool… This review is not regarding the tool experience. It fantastic no doubt. I wanted to talk about the customer experience. My payment got auto debited but I reached to the team explaining that I will not be using the tool this year and requested them a refund and asked to cancel the subscription. Just to make it clear. Here I was at fault not the company. Still, I received a reply within next 15min with a email stating my refund. It was credited back within minutes. I have seen companies like Amazon giving great customer experience but believe me from now Stencil becomes a benchmark for me when it comes to customer experience and customer delight.
