Having issues with cartridges and I… Having issues with cartridges and I have reached out multiple times with no answer. Paper work inside said to email and nothing. The cartridges cause errors on my HP 8600. The yellow and Cyan are the ones causing errors.

What's not to love with these inkjet cartridges?? I love these ink cartridges! They are just as easy to install as the official cartridges. Soooo much cheaper! Colorsmax got great reviews so I decided to give them a try. They do not disappoint and they are what I exclusively buy now for my 2 color inkjet printers.

On 3/19 I ordered replacement HP 950XL… On 3/19 I ordered replacement HP 950XL & 951XL Compatible Ink Cartridge High-Yield 4-Piece Combo Pack. Delivered 3/22. Re-installed empty magenta cartridge. Printer immediately registered bad cartridge error. Examination of printer revealed that chip detached from cartridge at instillation. I removed the chip. After calls to customer service (a misnomer) I eventually received magenta cartridge replacement. Your ever-so-cool rep sent wrong replacement. I called the dude; requested over-night next-day replacement. They said COLORSMAX would not provide this service. COLORSMAX failed entirely. The chip failure disabled my excellent HP 8600, causing me to purchase a new printer.

Canon printer ink - great price, fast shipping, excellent cusstomer service! I've purchased ink for our Canon printer at work from Colormax a few times over the past few months and had nothing but great experiences so far.
