Their designer is very hands-on and friendly. He worked on the design proofs until I was completely satisfied! When I received the shirts they were exactly what I expected because the design proofs were so spot on! I used to use a local company, and was nervous about switching to an online company thinking, I'd get lost in the sea of orders and thought possibly the quality wouldn't be that great.
