Bad customer service Bad customer service. My order was incorrect when it came to my free samples

A good source for hard to find fragrances. I started making candles a little over 2 years ago and to date have made over 5000 8 oz jar candles. I do extensive testing to insure a quality product. My experience with Save on Scents has generally been OK. I do find their web site cumbersome and confusing to navigate. The print is very small and I have to look really hard to find the sections I am looking for. The prices are also high, in my opinion. I cannot get the same strength candles for the same price, SoS candles are the most expensive I make. That being said, they do have fragrances I cannot find anywhere else. True Rain is my favorite example. So many rain fragrance are very floral and don't have that musty damp smell (Petrichor) that happens when it first starts to rain. This fragrance is great. I'll be trying some other OUD fragrances, and the Baby Diaper makes a great gag gift for Baby Showers. I'll keep on shopping with SoS for my unusual, hard to find fragrances.

They never answered my email They never answered my email, so I can't comment of their actual customer service, just their lack of it. The scents are super weak for being the ultra, that I can't use them in soap. I won't ever buy from them again, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Very slow processing and shipping Very slow processing and shipping, it took 2 weeks for me to get my order. Also the scents were not as expected, nothing like the actual scent of the fragrance.

I’ve been purchasing from this company… I’ve been purchasing from this company for a couple of years. In times past I’ve received exactly what I’ve ordered; unfortunately, my past two orders have not been at the concentrated levels as times past. The first time it happened, they kindly contacted me and sent another. When my last order wasn’t at the concentrated levels, I was again disappointed. Just didn’t want to go through taking off time from work to go to the post office again. Their products are good if they ship exactly what you ordered.
