SAVE YOUR SANITY!!!!!! I received very poor quality prints, mismatched colours for the same designs, uneven background design across all 3,300 prints, embossing totally off, some free sand, uneven prints, glue on outside of boxes, text not clear to say the least. 74% of production was defective. Adam agreed to a reprint which was of worse quality and 90% of this reprint was defective. They also post fake reviews on Google, I have emails with Adam Millar confronting him of this and him admitting it was their social team and removed them. Was hit with a VAT and Customs bill which they agreed to refund, but not have done so. Will be claiming a Section 75 refund and taking them to the small claims court for the VAT and Customs bill which was never refunded. Save you your sanity, time and most importantly keep you on track with your schedule by going elsewhere. Full Review to follow on Google with images.

Five stars without hesitation Jon, their CSR, was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process flawlessly. The quality of my custom packaging was outstanding, exactly as I envisioned from my mockup. They delivered swiftly, and their attention to detail was commendable. A Professional, quick and quality service and product… We had a very rush project to have 75 magnetic boxes made. Customized front and back with custom art on the side panels of the box. Austin Parker did a stellar job. He was quick in responding, ushered this project through from start to finish and kept his promise to produce and deliver the job in a tight turnaround of 4 weeks. The boxes turned out great!
