Not only did they not follow through on their contractual promises, but when I disputed the charges on my credit card they falsified emails and documents to dispute my claim. Luckily, I was able to provide proof of their deceit and lack of performance. I would however, give 5 stars to Amazon Smart Marketing for the incredible marketing job for my book.
