GBDamaged Envelopes - lost $390 I ordered envelopes that were clearly damaged by their machine, because the shipping box was pristine, so it was in their side. It was almost $400 worth of envelopes, over 90 percent were bad… they would not reprint, and did not correct. I got a $50 credit. POOR product, does not stand behind it. Find somewhere else to print.

GBBeyond Satisfied I decided super last minute that I was going to have a graduation party. I already had pre-printed ceremony announcements and envelopes, but I also wanted to add a small party invitation for a seperate day. Of course, it was impossible to find the exact size, and be double sided. However, I am beyond satisfied that I stumbled on NextDayFlyers because I was able to customize the exact measurements, even adjust the coating and much more. Not to mention, they adjusted my photos in order to fit nicely on the flyer, it looks absolutely stunning! The flyers deifinitely arrived the next day, and they even threw in a couple extra as a congratulations! Thank you so much NextDayFlyers, your brand made this one to remember!

GBGreat customer service I accidentally ordered fewer postcards than I was going to need. When I called to add additional postcards to my order, I was told that it was too late to change the order. I was disappointed, but it was my own fault. However when the order arrived they had included the 150 additional postcards at no extra cost. Nextdayflyers has always been on time with my orders, given an exceptional quality product and now gone above and beyond for great customer service. They are more reasonably priced than any other printer I've used and very transparent about cost and delivery options.

GBNice looking brochures but adhesive tabs rip paper The trifold brochures look great, but the adhesive closure tabs rip the paper when you attempt to open the brochure. When placing the order, it is unclear what "tabs" means, but it is marked "yes" by default.

GBSuper confusing with bad suport help… I was super confused when making the banner and recieving the proof. It did not state which way the banner was being printed so I refused and talked to someone. They seemed to understand and said they had it right and would approve it. When I received it was printed the way I stated I did not want it and now am stuck with a banner style I didn’t want and even paid for rushed shipping. The proofing process was very confusing and the help I received was worse.
