GBJust doing what was expected I can't even get stuff that manufacturers say they have in stock . Magically it's get deamed back ordered and I have to call my credit card company to contest charges. Dolan paper company delivered the goods on time. And with no misrepresent of what was in stock. Thank you so much 💓

GBDolan Paper Co provides excellent customer service Dolan Paper C provides excellent customer service! The print that I ordered is of very impressive quality and now the "Man Cave" is complete! They went above and beyond to get my print to me...when I order I put the wrong address on my order...the order was shipped and then returned because of the address. I contacted them and told of my mistake, and they instantly reshipped to the correct address I would not hesitate to order any product they offer! Kudos!

GBAlmost perfect..... It would have been perfect except I waited 2 weeks after placing the order and never received a shipment confirmation. I contacted the company through Esty where I purchased the product but didn't hear back. I found there website online and tried emailing them directly at which point I finally was able to get ahold of someone. Apparently there was some kind of communication error with my Esty order. Once they were aware of the issue they shipped my order right away. Although I did ask some questions through the Esty account that were never answered. They just need to maintain and check their Esty account more consistently.

CAFlawless My 2 items did ship separately, which had me confused at first. But Customer service was VERY quick to respond and ensured my order would be fulfilled promptly. Both prints are beautiful and exactly what i wanted. They are for a September birthday so here's hoping the birthday boy likes them as much as I do.

GBUnexpected shipping upgrade I ordered an 18 x 24 poster/photo of a DaVinci-style drawing of a Subaru, as a gift. The online info said items that large would be sent as rolled. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the item NOT rolled, but in a well-protected flat box ! Thanks for going that extra mile !
