Ordering the NFPA diamonds was easy and… Ordering the NFPA diamonds was easy and great. Had to order a bunch of different NFPA diamonds for our product and it was very easy to order what we needed.

DuraMark is off the mark My order took 2 weeks to arrive. My decals were not what I ordered. After contacting DuraMark twice by e-mail with no response, I pursued to contact them by phone. NO response. It is sad that a company can provide no customer support to correct my order or at least offer a refund.

Price and Service I thought that the price for a standard print item was excessive, and it took the better part of 2 weeks to arrive.

The only reason for the overall 3 star rating is because the shipping process and communication I received regarding the shipping was confusing and incomplete. Ultimately, I received my product and I could not be more pleased about that. If the need arises, I will certainly order from DuraMark again.
