SESo sad and unhappy with these veneers It took me 4 months to receive my veneers. Part my own fault part their fault. The main issue is the most important for obvious reasons. The veneers. I’ve been staring at them and it’s like they just added a coat of plastic to my already existing teeth. The side around and leave huge gaps in the bottom and top gums. After wearing them for 10 minutes and taking them out I feel like they cut into my gums and my gums up and down are scratched and extremely uncomfortable. No bleeding but I feel like it would start bleeding after wearing the for a few hours. The color was almost the same as my own and I do not have white teeth at all which is one of the reasons I got them. The absolute main reason is that I have crooked teeth and wanted a straight full line without the imperfections. I honestly have no idea what they actually did in this “lab”. It feels like 10 dollar cheap Chinese knock offs. They don’t look natural and I feel like I want to hide my teeth more now to not show off my plastic teeth. So so so disappointed and I have no idea where these positive reviews from other people are coming from. The customer support was the only positive thing. Nice people and fast to reply. Quick in everything besides making the veneers. They are so uncomfortable and you feel like you’re about to go to a Halloween party. Wish I could get a refund but this is obviously not something you can leave the price tag on after trying them out. No idea what was “custom” about them. Very disappointed and honestly very sad to receive these. Will be leaving reviews on other platforms because I really don’t want people to spend their hard earned money and feel the sad feeling I am having now. Was looking forward so much to them. 0 stars.

GBTHIS IS A CON!!! Let me first state, I have been sending ten e-mails to this company’s one message throughout my trials with them. I ordered my veneers last November, but I left a message on their machine telling them I had a dental appointment In January 2022. However, I cancelled my dental appointment due to catching the dreaded COVID 19. Dan texted me many during this period, but I was too ill to contact him. Once recovered, I completed my impressions and sent photographs. Dan informed me that I had slippage and needed to pay for more impression ‘goo’. Consequently, I sent more money. Unhappily, throughout my trials, their e-mail address has not been working. They tell me, when it is working, that they are having issues with their e-mail address. But this has been going on for months. GET YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS REPAIRED!!! I want my money beck! This company is bogus. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

JPDISAPPOINTED Good news: customer support is very good. Dan responded promptly to all my emails. Bad news: the veneers. There is very little definition between the teeth, especially in the front where it counts the most. They look very fake. Also, I have a pronounced lisp whenever I wear them, rendering them almost unusable. I really regret buying these.
