Worst post service ever Worst post service ever. two days waiting 5 emails changing the slot and I am still waiting.

Bad behaviour of staff Today I have visited Frederiksberg centeret branch and have faced the worst possible behavior from one of staff. At the time of purchase, I gave my phone to staff to activate one of the coupons from the HM app but he instead of activating only one coupon he activated all of them. When question about this, he started talking (shouting) in a threatening manner walked out from the till. When I told him that that his behavior is rude, and he cannot behave like this ,he shouted in front of other customers that I can complain to any one I want, and he does not care about this. I must say this is one of the worst experiences I have with HM and I must say I am fully shocked.

Customer service is not helpful at all Customer service is not helpful at all. I accidentally placed 2 orders, and they said it's impossible to cancel. And the support should improve their English as well.
