Paid for expedited shipping Paid for expedited shipping, that took longer than it was estimated. Then they shipped me someone else’s order. I get it, accidents happen. They said my order was still on the way so I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping that I had paid for and then a couple days ago I get the order I originally placed and the whole acrylic piece was broken to pieces. I threw the whole thing away. Never again, horrible experience.

Update: Owner reached out to me and I failed as a a customer to have patience and understand the current troubles we are facing with parcels. I was informed that they have been in business for 8 long years and would not ever want to hurt a hardworking company’s reputation. I appreciate an honest business owner and attentiveness to communicate with customers. Thank you for doing your best! Ordered 5/5/22 today is 5/25/22 still no order.
