Never received my lash lift set. I ordered a lash lift set in November. They took my money. I have emailed them twice and I have still not received anything. I think they are a con!!!!

Ugh,i was worried that this would be a… Ugh,i was worried that this would be a scam since my lash lift kit never arrived and of course customer service does not reply and probably doesnt exist,its impossible to trace the package. I hope they burn in hell!

Don't buy! Very bad quality ! This summer I bought a Lash Lifting Kit from ICONSIGN. I followed the instructions and I applied the product and it didn't worked, the quality of the the glue that supposed to keep the lashes up, is the worse, is not good at all. After I decided to write them and send the pack back. They told me to try to use one more time and I asked a friend that she is working in beauty and she does this kind of treatment. When she tried the kit she said the product is not good, no quality, the glue is not working and also the smell is very strong. So, I returned the kit back and guess what? We are in the middle of autumn and I'm still waiting for my refund that never come. I don't recommend the products or this company. They don't respect the customers.

Can't review an item that never turned up Never got a confirmation email after purchasing and didn't reply to my emails wondering where my purchase is. Yet they still asked for a review 3 months later. What an interesting business model - Scam people then ask how the experience was :')
