Please stop ordering from this company Please stop ordering from this company. They are total fraudsters and scammers. We ordered shoes, which took almost 2 months to arrive...with no updates on delivery since the order. We received an entirely different pair of shoes in a bubble wrap envelope (no shoe box), and without any sizing information or tags on them. When we tried to phone the company, the number they left on their website was out of service. The email did work and I was connected with a "Frank Young" who was completely unhelpful, offering me an $18 refund on an almost $100 merchandise price, along with a future 20% discount. When I told him this was an unacceptable solution for us, he said I could return the shoes at my own cost and **IF** everything was in order and acceptable to them, they would refund me. Since this is Trendginor's error and not ours, they have not proven to be trustworthy and I will not spend another dime to return anything. I have submitted it to my credit card company for a dispute claim, which will take several months to sort out. Hopefully they are exposed for the scammers they are. I see on this and other review sites, that I am far from being alone in this experience. Please spread the word!

Waiting for a resopnse ?? I ordered the robots 3 for the price of 1 i have recieved 1 i sent a message no respose i had planned to send them to small children for christmas . Disappointed it took awhile to make the decision to buy and this happens . Now i have to find other gifts and i have limited funds feeling let down

Never received my product ordered on… Never received my product ordered on June 14th. Today is August 3rd. Klarna collected the funds, then had an unauthorized re-charge to my credit card after VISA honored the dispute and refunded the charge. So I'm still out $899 and no product.

Buyer Beware! My 86 year old mother made the mistake of ordering from this company. The shoes do not come "true to size". Since they come from China, as always, their stuff runs small. When the shoes came in they were too small and frankly when I saw them they definitely were not worth the money she paid for them. She wanted a larger size, but of course - they don't exchange. I own a mail and ship store. I can't tell you how many times people come in to return stuff to companies out of China. These companies don't provide labels to return them and expect the customer to pay to return it, knowing full well the shipping is too expensive and most of the time more than what they paid for the item. That's how they ensure they don't have to refund money, or exchange. BEWARE, know where your items are coming from. I wish I had known my 86 year old mother was going to order from these people - I would have stopped it!!!!

On the 5th october 2020 i ordered and paid $77.90 both for the product and shipping. After 3 weeks no information as per my order. I sent several emails which one frank young was replying with promises that my order will be shipped. A month and 3 weeks later,they i received entirely an outdated fashion shoe instead of the sneakers i paid for. When i emailed,same guy replied to apologise but said i can keep it but only $18 will be refunded to me. Also if i wish to return the shoe sent to me,i must bear the cost of returning that . I have now written to Chinese embassy in Dublin with all evidences of my communications with them and pictures of both shoes. Do not loose your hard earn money to these fraudsters called Trendingor.
