Photo colouring look unnatural, fake and unprofessional… The photos I had colourised at Retouche were very disappointing. They are quite lazy and never finish work off properly and put a minimum amount of effort into colouring. For example, when colouring a black and white photo, they will leave areas of the photo grey, black or white, where they could have added colour. I suspect, they do this because it makes life easier for them, and takes them less time than colouring the whole photo. They also over use the "smudge tool" which often gives a very fake and unnatural appearance to flesh and other details. It is "smudge tool" overkill. They often do not finish photos on time either and, if you are having something coloured over a period of 7 days (I get the impression they don't like it when you choose that option, because they make less money!), they will rush that job through at the very last moment and give you the proofs late. It very lazy and unprofessional workmanship. There are far better photo colourisers and restorers to be found online. IMO this is not one of the good ones. People need to be careful and try and find a decent one. Basically, you get what you pay for at Retouche. Thank you

Pro service. Beyond expectations As the owner of a somewhat unconventional company I need intensive portrait photo treatment. From my very first contact with Retouche, I felt welcomed and appreciated. It's been a great pleasure doing business with them and communicating with Paul and they come highly recommended. After explaining what I was looking for, a price was set up, including one for rush orders. In cases where some additional retouching was requested by me, this was done without any complaints. I'm no computer genius but the system used for uploading pictures, payments, reviewing pictures and providing feedback is super easy to use, even for me. Most importantly I have almost always been very happy with the results and in cases where I was not completely satisfied, my feedback was taken seriously and improved results were offered until I was completely satisfied.
