Purchased this product in Jan 2022 Purchased this product in Jan 2022. Finally received the product mid March. Used it a couple of times and the base broke. Burning smell and horrible sound. Contacted the company and asked how to resolve it and they said to place an order with a discount code. Did this back in April. Have not heard back from them nor have a received a replacement. Waste of money.

Got one broken out of the package and… Got one broken out of the package and never received the second. I’ve sent several email and when i call the number off my bank statement its constantly busy!!! I spent $70 for nothing to show for!!! Do not buy from this company! I’ll be reporting to the better business bureau as well!!!

Going to contact my credit card company and hopefully have help with that… WORST COMPANY EVER. DONT BUY!

Awful product- DO NOT BUY Awful product. Cheap and nasty shipped from china. Mine took around 6 weeks to arrive and cannot be used as it smells of burning. They refuse to refund instead offer a replacement. Bearing in mind I paid over £70 for a cheap piece of tat!

It had some scratches on it and the packaging was beat up. I have emailed them multiple times and called but their phone number doesn’t work and they never answer. I paid $60.00 and can’t even get my money back. Don’t even put your card number down it’s not worth it.
