Awful experience, they are Scam artists Awful experience, with no full refund if items does not arrive they will pretend to resend items until you bow down to only 50% refund, and only 100% refund if you send back items at your expense, but since you did not receive anything you are just a cash cow to them. They also change country headquarters constantly, probably to avoid scrutiny, very difficult to track down. They are a scam.. so watch out!

i wish i would read the reviews before… i wish i would read the reviews before i have placed the order with Parfumly.com. seems that the business module they have is sending fake wrong perfume from Belarus, upon arriving wrong item they quickly ship correct item which has been in transit for months. if you do want to get a refund you need to send perfume to Norway ( sending perfume outside UK if forbidden as considered hazardous). then gone silent. will try to contact my bank but have little hope.

Perfumly.Com should not be permitted to trade! Every Negative review that you read about Parfumly.com is totally accurate! They are scammers and should have their Trading Licence REVOKED. Report them to your Bank/Credit Card and the European ComReg..you will find them very helpful. There are many other legitimate companies who offer much better genuine products at very competitive prices and NOT THE FAKES PARFUMLY DEAL IN...

Seems a scam All the 5 star reviewers for Parfumly have only done 2 reviews, and surprisingly all parfumly and Scuttir, what a coincidence!! Ordered perfume a month ago based on reviews on this site. Never received goods sent email they told me to check shipping order which I had already done and they claimed it was shipped 3 weeks ago. I've advised I'm going to claim on credit card and start fraud investigation. Dont buy from them !

Been waiting since September 2022 for a… Been waiting since September 2022 for a bottle of Gucci however after at least 20 emails later still not received product and keep getting the same message that it’s waiting for postal clearance but this has been going on for over 6 months BUT MONEY £60, WAS TAKEN FROM ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY ON ORDER Disgraceful!!! However I have now seen all the other reviews and realise that it’s a complete scam . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE/COMPANY
