Fraudulent shop concept - don't place an order! On 12 November 2023, I ordered a niche perfume from parfumly.com, which is rarely available on the market anymore. The price was not particularly favourable. Unfortunately, the problems started shortly after placing the order, because the seller did not send a shipping link even after repeated requests. Only when the parcel still hadn't arrived after more than a month did the shop operator send a shipping link after a few requests. It turned out that the perfume had been sent from China. The order only arrived after more than 2 months. Unfortunately, an inferior perfume oil was sent instead of the perfume I had ordered. The "customer service" refused to refund the amount alredy paid and provide a shipping label for the return. After countless emails, the so-called customer service (probably an AI chat bot, repeating the same stupid things al over) sent me an address in Norway to which I was supposed to return the product at my own expense. Apart from the fact that it is very expensive to send a parcel to Norway, they provided a non-existent company address in Oslo. The attempt at fraud is very obvious. They send a cheap and false product intentionally, refuse to refund the amount already paid and force the already defrauded customer to loose even more money for a return to a false address. I can only warn everyone placing an order with parfumly.com. It is very obviously a scam and impudent customer fraud. Every defrauded customer should immediately file a complaint to put an end to this stupidly brazen business model!

Epitome of SCAM This company is the epitome of SCAM. When you look up the word scam in the dictionary, you will find parfumly as the example. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered back in January and never received my package, they said it was stuck at customs and they would let me know as soon as things would get moving, of course they never did and the next offer was to send me my order again. I declined and asked for a refund, they didn’t want to refund me for a while until the 20th of March I got an email my refund was processed. Now I’ve still not gotten my money back and the 20 business days is about the expire tomorrow. Don’t know what’ll happen and if they’ll reply but I’m taking matters into my hands and will contact my bank and also see what legal actions there are that I can take. They’re a fraud. Edit 18th of April 2024: I contacted customer service multiple times since Monday 15th and only on the 17th did I get a lousy reply saying that the 20 business days isn’t over yet (the 17th was the last day) so basically at the end of the day it would’ve been over BUT TO NO ONES SURPRISE I still haven’t gotten my money back. I contacted my bank and blocked my card and also applied for a card dispute so my bank gave me the money I lost back. I advice all of you to do the same since this thieving company has your credit card details so they can keep withdrawing money if they wanted. Be aware of scams and from now on always check the company out first.

Don't use this company. I can't give zero so 1* will have to do. Bought item July Wrong (much cheaper) item arrived August. Offered half refund and to keep the naff perfume. I refused so they offered to send me my original item and another item as an apology (!). September, no item received. They then said they would contact the postal service to see what had happened. October, they would send the item again priority mail 2-5 working days. No item received despite 'tracking' saying delivered. Requested refund. Full amount refunded. I will never use this company again. Dreadful service though at least they did respond to my messages.

Awful experience, they are Scam artists Awful experience, with no full refund if items does not arrive they will pretend to resend items until you bow down to only 50% refund, and only 100% refund if you send back items at your expense, but since you did not receive anything you are just a cash cow to them. They also change country headquarters constantly, probably to avoid scrutiny, very difficult to track down. They are a scam.. so watch out!

This is a scam. Do not order from this company!!! This is a scam! Do not order anything from this company. The fact that they write that it's a Nowegian company lure potential buyers to believe it's legit but beware, it's definitely a scam. The same story told by so many people here happened to me too. I placed my order in October, two and a half months and too many emails later i received cheap horrible Chinese oil instead of the perfume i ordered. It's unreal that this company still exist and keep conning people. What is needed to make some legal entity shut this company down?
