I have tried calling, just to receive a busy signal, tried emailing and get a “Undeliverable” notification and have tried the contact us many times with no response. I am currrently in contact with the PayPal Dispute line and my Bank Fraud team. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Incredible product, service, and delivery! I changed my mind and ordered a physical copy of my star after my initial purchase, and customer service was amazing! They did everything they could have and I honestly could not have asked for better experience. They are so kind and understanding, and my physical copy arrived much quicker than I thought. The certificates were in mint condition and it was everything I could’ve asked for and more. 10/10 would recommend.

When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!
