Item not delivered, no response for the Email We received no response from this company after two weeks of order. However, money was taken immediately after placing the order. No contact number on their website or response to multiple inquiry emails or cancellation requests. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Gave them a 2nd chance and they nailed it! Wasn’t happy when product arrived but I reached out and they quickly responded and they said they would have it re-done. It came quickly and turned out great! Thanks for quick turnaround and great job!

Good quality Had a few bumps along the way in regards to hair in the picture but, in the end, I am very pleased with the item. The quality is VERY good and the packaging ensured that it arrived undamaged. I took 1 star off due to the fact that the product gives off a strong odor, however I have been assured by the company that this odor will go away. Also it REALLY bothers me that the company offers limited information on it's location and NO phone number to contact customer service. All in all, I am happy with the product.
