DONT USE THEM!!! Filled for the free trial. Cancelled it and they taxed me. I tried to remove the subscription but it is set in a way in which it says to close the subsription and when you click it. The software thinks that you want the better option. In a hurry I subscribed again for $60. So $120. I messaged the customer support begging for refund and they ignored me and lied that they can't find my account. Requested a refund on PayPal and suddently the guy started having fast replies and started calling me brother. He refunded me the one $60 and now I am in a process of getting $48 since he will take $12 for some subscription which I am okay with. I wish that I was sitting on my ass and avoided using it. It ruined my day

UI/UX is Really User Friendly for a new user First of all UI/UX is Simple And Clean. It's Not Complex for a new user. I've Bought this tool Specifically for Writing AI Content and It's Amazing So Far. But its needs improvement in Product Review Copywriting. Had few Interactions with Customer Support. They will respond to you but it takes some time. Response rate needs Improvement. Constantly they are adding new features/updates etc. I believe they will improve over time.

Simplified offer a nicely Dashboard with rich content, including links to various handy templates, and set up fundamental things I need to create great content. When I digged deep into the app, it is an amazing experiences. The templates are professionally designed, and can be used immediately with only some inputs. The content writing modules are helpful with lots of topics to cover. And most notably, all those link together in a consistent experience. All in all, Simplified is an app that I can simply fall in love at first sight.
