DONT USE THEM!!! Filled for the free trial. Cancelled it and they taxed me. I tried to remove the subscription but it is set in a way in which it says to close the subsription and when you click it. The software thinks that you want the better option. In a hurry I subscribed again for $60. So $120. I messaged the customer support begging for refund and they ignored me and lied that they can't find my account. Requested a refund on PayPal and suddently the guy started having fast replies and started calling me brother. He refunded me the one $60 and now I am in a process of getting $48 since he will take $12 for some subscription which I am okay with. I wish that I was sitting on my ass and avoided using it. It ruined my day

This is the worst app with a bunch of… This is the worst app with a bunch of bugs. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't even respond emails. I sent multiple emails requesting my refund because i cancelled the subscription the next day I signed up due to bugs and poor performance and they never responded. I contacted through chat as well with someone named Laila who said she will get back to me but never did. I keep sending her texts and I can see she reads them but never responds. Please use CANVA instead!! Better features, user friendly, cheaper and great customer service.

Simplified Is Just Awesome!!! I am a business owner in the digital and creative industry. Have tried many tools in the past. I am so glad to have found this Simplified. It is so amazing and just awesome. Simplified has made our work so much easier. It has template selection which you can just use it for zoom, banners, headers, post design etc for FB, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. You can do so much with templates. You can also do intergration with other apps. The content from the AI Generated is amazing. My clients just love our contents so much more ever since we started using Simplified. There's so much you can do with Simplified, it really ease so much of your time and effort. Best part it creates amazing contents Love it! I would surely recommend Simplified to anyone. It is a All in One tool for every content creator on earth.

Before wasting your precious time… Before wasting your precious time trying to use this beta platform try making a video with AI and then try to edit the voiceover. After you’ve tried their help files you’ll realise it’s just a wish list of what it should do. Then you can try the arrogant inept chat line. if you can wait the 2 hours their 10 minute promise takes you’ll be blasted away by the arrogance of the person there who will do anything but admit it can’t be worked. If you are still tempted by the price try asking where you can see a list of all the extra charges. It’s like a slot machine constantly telling you to add more credit for each feature. No they won’t tell you and will even lie and say it’s all on the pricing page but it isn’t. Learn the lesson before they parasitise a whole day of your time for nothing. Poor people pay twice! Pay the extra few dollars a month and buy a product that works, has support and comes from a team that has some pride in their work.
