Terrible Experience Terrible Experience. I did a basic website and logo with them at around £200. Every year when I renew they try to renew at £500. I would then argue as to how that makes sense. They would then drop it to £40 after a great deal of hassle. This year they are quoting £120. My website has been down for 2 months and I had to end the service. Awful customer service.

Outstanding services My friend recommended INGIC when I wanted a website for my health and fitness services. I contacted them through website and got an instant response. They sent me initial designs and I loved them. The website is live now and getting traffic as it is easy to use, with outstanding imagery and mobile compatibility. The project I was in contact with is a very decent and polite guy and patiently listened to my feedback and made sure that it is applied as I want to. I am quite happy with the services INGIC has provided.

Worst experience ever 1 office located in JLT with 1 account manager and receptionist yes that's it the rest of the company is run by another country I don't know where they claimed it's operated from NJ anyhow this complain as about the account manager who just wanted me to sign their contract ASAP. The account manager agreed on everything I said on the phone and in the meeting face to face which he didn't even bother to take a single note for it. Which made me more scared than before I mean this person was just yes yes yes we can do it. Anyhow he sent a very unprofessional sow and when I insisted to have everything I mentioned orally and in the meeting to be written down in the SOW the price was raised like 80% It means this guy have no idea of what he's doing. And how to deal with customers. It means this guy have zero communication with his company. It means this company made me waste lots of time on them.

Worse company ever Worse company ever! Don't waste your money on them. They do not deliver on their promises. Delays and delays, mistakes over mistakes. Nothing moved forward we are still at the same level as months ago. While my website should have taken 45 days to be ready, as per what they have said and what's written in the contract. We are now past 4 months and we are absolutely no where. I wrote all the content for my website and yet errors were made. Things need to be repeated over and over and over again, by WhatsApp, over the phone and by emails. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming. I am now requesting my money back as I do not want to continue to work like this and of course they have stopped responding to me. Their delay and lack of professionalism has negatively impacted my business and sales. I will take the matter to higher level here in Dubai. Update: I am no longer a client of them. This company doesn't have any established offices in Dubai nor in the US. They have failed to provide me with proofs of anything and got extremely nervous after I asked them for a copy of their trade license. After posting this review, they have called me over 12 times to ask me to remove it, pressuring me by saying that my review will have the account manager in charge of my project fired. They completely wasted my time. Eventually, and in an attempt to leverage the review removal and because they got nervous after I've contacted the authorities here in Dubai and that I was documenting my interactions with them in order to build my case against them, they refunded my money back. After the money was refunded, they've still tried to ask me to remove the review. Please beware of them and do not go to business with them.

Worst Company Trust me to go with some other more professional company. Spend a little extra and get your logo design done right. This company is not great. Yes, they will design a logo but the files they provide you with are minimal. No Facebook or twitter friendly so you yourself have to spend a couple hours resizing and cropping. Poor customer service and it takes 24 h for a revision and if you have a few revision you will not get your logo back for a while. Find another place
