Here's details of VERY GOOD SERVICE we received from 123inkjets.com 1-15-2024: Placed an order for a printer Drum and Transfer Belt, totaling $307.45. Unfortunately, AFTER placing the order, checked ConsumerAffairs.com (87% were only 1 Star) and TrustPilot.com (63% were only 1 Star) reviews. The reviews were awful. 1-17-2024 ~ 10:36AM - Concerned that I was scammed, (and that we are probably not repairing this printer after all β too old), I quickly contacted the company to cancel the order. Their representatives were busy, so I chose to have them call me back on an automated system. 1-17-2024 ~ 11:06 AM - Concerned that we would not receive a call back, I wrote & sent a message on 123inkjets.com customer support page, requesting order canceled. 1-17-2024 ~ 11:18 AM - A representative did phone back in less than an hour. She said she would look into the order while I was on hold. When she returned to the phone conversation, she said she was able to cancel the order before the items were shipped. 11:28 AM Representative said she would send us an email confirming the cancellation and refund. This was certainly good news to hear, but we were still concerned about receiving our $307.45 back. A day or two after this conversation, we received an email that 123inkjets.com wanted us to give them a review for their service. I wrote back, that AFTER WE RECEIVED OUR FULL REFUND of $307.45, I would certainly be happy to write a review. Hence, this is keeping my word to them. 1-20-2024 ~ 11:36 AM - However, it took 3 DAYS to receive the confirmation email that our order was indeed canceled and we would be receiving a full refund. This was good news, now we had it in writing from them. 1-23-2024 ~ 5:30 AM β Full refund was completely received back into our account. 1-24-2024 β I want to thank 123inkjets.com for doing what they said they were going to do. My only disappointment was that it took 3 days to receive the confirmation email that we would be receiving the refund. In the end, from placing the order, canceling, to receiving the refund, was a total of 9 days. We will let others know of our positive experience, and can only hope, that this is the beginning of much better overall reviews for 123inkjets.com.

GB10 days later, still not shipped I placed an order on 2/9. They state that it takes 1-4 business days for orders to arrive. 10 days later it still shows as "processing." No response to emails.

GByou will have to file a dispute with your credit card company I have ordered from this company before, canon ink jet cartridges. Have had no problems with the shipping times or the quality of product that was shipped. I have since bought a new printer and on 3/13/2024 ordered their SKU # GI20SET quantity 3. When I ordered the item showed that it was in stock. March 20 I called customer service and after being on hold for 47 minutes decided to have someone call me back. Customer service called me back later that day and said that the item that I ordered was 0 stock and they would ship out my order on 04/1/24 and send me an email with tracking information. Called in late on 4/01/24 and could not get customer service. I chose the option for someone to call me back. I never heard from anybody. Late 04/02/24 called back in and chose option two to place a new order. waited and no one answered. I chose for someone to call me back and no one never did. It showed on their site that what I had ordered on 03/13/24 was in stock. I then sent an email to their customer service department about what was going on listing order date, order number and still no response. I then after hearing from no one called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Look at the new reviews in the last couple of months, they are all negative. So if you want to play games, waste your time on the telephone trying to find out where your order is then by all mean go ahead and order from them, but my time is more valuable than dealing with a crooked company.

GBIf theSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY--JUNK PRODUCTS, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEre were a minus score If there were a minus score, they would deserve that. I ordered the combo cartridge package for my Canon printer. The total cost was $41.86 plus tax and shipping. Products did not print copies, they only printed smudged lines. Several emails were sent, but their customer (DIS)service never responded. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they were unable to help. PayPal was no help; they sided with their unscrupulous seller. BUYER BEWARE. Stay far away from this company! Don't say you weren't warned! Tip for consumers: Pay attention to the negative reviews; they may keep you from making a bad buying decision.
