I ordered 10 days ago, it hasn’t shipped yet, and I can’t get customer service to answer calls or reply to email I did an online order 10 days ago. The tracking info says the label was created 7 days ago, but it hasn’t gone out yet. I’ve emailed customer service twice and gotten no reply. I called customer service several times, and each time I got music on hold for 11 minutes before it rolled to voice mail. I’ve left voice mails but have not heard back from anyone.

ABSOLUTELY stay away from those scammers . Is 123 ink legit? 123Ink.ca has a consumer rating of 2.68 stars from 75 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. If there is 0 for rating ...this is what they should get it .....Consumers complaining about 123Ink.ca most frequently mention customer service and toner cartridge problems.

been buying from them for yrs... been buying from them for yrs.... lately I have been getting bad drums from them for my dell printers...they don't answer there phones, and they just ignore my emails and will not replace my faulty drums... also it has taking weeks and still not getting my orders.

Unreliable poor customer service It is easy to order ink cartridges on line. However, when the cartridges are defective, one has to deal with customer service which does not exist. Almost four (4) hours after I placed a call I received a call back. I advised the agent that the cartridges are incompatible with my HP printer as HP added some new code to prevent after market cartridges. The agent was well aware of the issue, apologized that incompatible cartridges were sent and ordered replacement ones. This was 21 days ago and I am still waiting. Terrible unreliable service. Will never order again.

10 days later, still not shipped I placed an order on 2/9. They state that it takes 1-4 business days for orders to arrive. 10 days later it still shows as "processing." No response to emails.
