Joomlart - promises and guarantee not worth "paper" its written on. Joomlart develops webpages and other solutions that may be good enough in itself. But their promises and customer service are unfortunately incredibly bad. They have a "100% money back guarantee - No hassles, no question asked!" This statement is not worth the "paper" it is written on. Hours after I placed a purchase, I regretted and submitted a refund request, and as far as I could see, I fulfilled the requirements for refund. Got after about 1 day refusal without any particular good reason. My recommendation is to stay away from Joomlart.com!

Purchase fine and no quibble refund was indeed no quibble I recently purchased a joomla component from these guys having previously used the Gavick templates and addons. Initial paypal purchase was painless and the module performed as expected, but I decided not to pursue the idea further and asked for a refund under their 7 day refund policy. On day 7 itself I raised a ticket to request a refund, less than 24 hours I had a response asking if I needed tech help with the component or had any other issues, but confirming my refund would be processed if necessary. I explained the situation and they didn't argue or try any funny business and true to their word my refund is now showing as pending in paypal. Based on this I will happily shop with them again if I need anything and will recommend them.

I wanted support with bugs in what is a… I wanted support with bugs in what is a free template. It's an updated version of something I've used and customised many times before but now for Joomla 5. I asked in their forum and was ignored. I decided to register for paid support and added "premium" support. For some reason I couldn't checkout, it just kept dumping me back at the page I came from. I asked sales support to help and their reply was that I cannot have support until I've paid for support, so I was in a catch 22. It seems they did fix it though, the next day I was able to checkout. There was a 25% discount code which I used. I did not get the 25% discount. Then I submitted my ticket. They replied claiming not to be able to login and sent me a screenshot of the failed login. The password in the screenshot was hidden (***********), they could have clicked the button to make the password visible in the screenshot but didn't. Very suspicious. I now notice their own website is buggy, menus appearing behind content on mobile and not being clickable. Once your session has timed out you cannot log back in without closing the tab and starting again, you just get an error. When you buy premium support it specifically says "even at weekends". Once you get to opening a ticket it says the opposite, weekdays only. Looks like I wasted my money, spent to get going quickly. It's good Friday now so I've almost certainly lost another 4 days to get my own website for a new business developed. I notice some of the positive reviews here make no sense. One mentions chat support. Chat support is a robot and only ever tells you to use the forum for support. IT also says "love to buy more in future". Their model doesn't work like that, you buy a 1 year subscription, not a single product. It's clearly a fake review. Another talks about a single purchase and a successful refund request, again, it's a subscription, not a product purchase.

The All-new T4 templates are amazing and found support is very fast, I noticed review here and afraid to buy but after buy I found the bad review here are fake or by someone who only looking for money. Amazing support and products. love to buy more in future. Sometimes live chat support I feel should be more fast . Recommend to buy from Joomlart.com

The worst customer support anywhere The worst customer support anywhere. Their so called custom dept. is even worse then their template support. We paid 50% upfront to have a Joomla 2.5 website migrate to the latest version of Joomla. We gave them Super admin access to our live site for them to review and give us quote. They quoted price and we agreed and then paid 50% to get the job started. 2 weeks later they asked for more money saying the job was much bigger then they thought. They tried to double the price and we said no. We explained they must do job as quoted and agreed upon by both parties. Then almost 3 months went by and we had to keep asking them when job was to be done. They kept telling us they we working on it. We even created space on our host for them to use to do the job. They didn't know how to login to cPanel and told us the account we created didn't work. We had to teach them how to access it. And they still couldn't. They also managed to break the live site over and over. They don't provide updates and they don't even try to explain what they are doing or provide progress updates. We agreed to a critical path and they assured us job would be finished in two weeks. Well 3 months later still nothing and no communication. We finally asked for a refund and they sent the 50% back. We asked that they at least provide us the template and extensions we were paying for in job and they said NO they would not. We then tried contacting the CEO and he ignored our emails completely. So now we have a live site that they broke and we lost 3 months of waiting for them to finish the job we were paying for. We don't have the template and we have no compensation for wasting our time for so long. We could have had this job done in 2 weeks with a another supplier but we chose JoomArt because we used to be a paying developer for them for 4 years and we thought they would be the right choice. They have no loyalty to customers and really don't care. Bottom line is they are not capable and actually do not know how to do the work and yet claim they can. Buyer beware! Stay away!
