poor atention to detail and customer service these guys are about as unhelpful ad is humanly possible. everything the do is shoddy. they do not seem to listen properly to what they are being asked to do and their attention to detail is very poor. all in all a very poor customer experience, their phone centre staff are mostly rude that's if u can get through to someone with out being cut off ten times first

Trademark Scam - LogoDesignPros I hired them 8 years ago to design a logo. As of December 2022 I’ve received multiple emails each month warning me that another company has hired them to file a trademark of my company name and logos. But since I was a current customer they would give me first rights. Really? The emails are from different people each monthly cycle, all claiming to be “paralegals” from the legal department of LogoDesignPros. Of course in each cycle I only have a short period of time to take action… blah blah blah. I originally suspected this was phishing attempts maybe due to a data breach. But to my surprise when I called the logo pros real number I learned that sure enough they are pushing this high pressure scam on their customers. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM.
