GBZero customer service, Zero follow through My lamp went out on my TV, and I called and ordered a new part Saturday, May 31st. I also paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, as this is the main TV in my house. I received 2 emails Monday. The first said my order was processed, the second said they had questions regarding my order. Today is June 9th, 10 days later. I have made 7 phone calls, and 3 emails, ALL with no response. I cannot get anyone there to answer a phone. I HAVE tried every option, and I still do not have my part. Do not use this company!!!!

GBPoor Customer Service I placed my order over a week ago, I still have not received any tracking information. Only 2 emails one received 4 days ago and one 4 hours ago... Both stating "A tracking number will be emailed to you shortly" I don't have a tracking number, the customer service link on their website redirects to a third party "Customer Service" company... I have sent inquiries to that company and to amatteroffax.com and neither one of them has sent me back anything with any amount of real information. If there is a delay, or the item is backordered or just lost in their warehouse... It would be great if someone would please let me know.

GBAwful Customer Service, False Advertising I dealt with Ari at AMatterOfFax.com. I purchased a rifle scope for $61, and had an email come back after my card was charged telling me that the price was in error and they were canceling it. I called customer service, and spoke to Ari, who told me condescendingly that they could not honor the sale. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would never ever shop here again. Awful customer service, poorly designed website, and run by liars. Never again.

GBAwful company - stay away This company is deceptive in its practices. Its website showed a "brand new" printer drum and cheap shipping (along with a good price). The product arrived a few days later but shipped was a re-manufactured unit and a refilled toner cartridge, which I didn't order. I've been trying to get this problem resolved for weeks. I finally turned the problem over to AMEX to help me out. They are withholding payment until I get a refund. I finally did get an RMA and will return the product shortly - but what a mess. Customer service is awful. Expect to get the runaround. Don't do business with this company.
