Informative, helpful, accurate From first contact, Bridget was incredibly informative, available & straightforward. She was helpful every step of the way in obtaining AAFCO testing & labeling. We will certainly use RL Food Labs for all our future products.

Inaccurate but responsive Many inaccuracies in measuring that were blamed on me. For example; inability to convert to grams resulting in an added sugar level per serving exceeding that of the entire bottle of product. The lab tested value was not even considered when generating the label. When error was pointed out, all parties involved acknowledged the issue, but claimed it was my fault for not converting my recipe to grams and still required me to furnish accurate conversions in order to solve it.

Almost everything was great Everything was great, right up until we were told there was an added fee at the end for a high resolution image of the nutrition label we had ordered. Considering this file is the whole purpose of the testing having a surprise fee at the end to receive it is an unnecessary and low cash grab. We most likely will be seeking a different lab in the future.
