A Big Thank You Megan Silver has done an amazing job on multiple projects with me. She was originally available with very little notice when my clients were in town. Freemodel Experience Freemodel did an amazing job on transforming my client's house going on the market. They did it really quickly and my clients do not have to pay until it closes escrow. My client's house was sold within 2 hours of listing it and sold for approximately $500,000.00 over asking. I do not think my sellers would have received offers anywhere near to that price had we not modernized their home.

Lara Richmond from Freemodel was a… Lara Richmond from Freemodel was a lifesaving Goddess! I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a realtor I depend upon project managers who can integrate seamlessly with my aesthetic, timeline, communication style and energy level. I also need them to be able to work with my clients, honoring their vision and emotional needs. Selling a home is stressful for everyone involved, drama and personality are not needed in the process and Lara is the source of calming and reason. Her design skills are excellent. Her experience is stellar. I will use her again and again!
