Will use again! Initially, I had an issue with the shipping of my sample kits and not getting a return label, but someone at Farmer Freeman reached out later to try to make things right after the issue that I had and my first initial contact with the company in regards to my issue. I didn’t feel taken care of after the first call, but they took the time later to resolve the issue and get to the bottom of the matter. I am definitely pleased with the customer service that was provided to me. The lab is getting to my samples quickly, which is great.
