I started an underwear company SHEATH, and it is doing well, but I don't like this company because they are very misleading. First of all, you contact PTAC which I did and got all set up on SAM, but Chris Crossly called me 1000 times and eventually talked me into signing up with them Not too much money for us, 3,000 but I imagine that is a lot for smaller companies to throw away. What they don't tell you is that, they set the policy so that they will never actually write a contract for you because they require 21 business days which ends up being closer to a month and no government contract bids appear to go out that far so, "they can't work on it" but they are soooo nice and they tell you what you want to hear and they will try etc. It's nearly criminal. I've brought up my concerns and they placate you, Im like 6 months into our agreement and still haven't found a contract that they "contractually obligated to write" because each bid is usually due in 2-3 weeks from time release to public. I found one. that was 3 weeks, 21 days, but... they need 21 business days, which is actually 27 days. It's just a scam. don't buy into it. contact me if you want. I am the CEO of a multi million dollar underwear company. I have no reason to lie.
