Kept my money, quit communicating until Trust Pilot Review Took my money for a product they did not have in stock. Charged me a shipping fee for a product they could not ship because it is not in stock. They did offer me a replacement or refund at first, but then stopped responding to my emails in which I gave them another product option or the option of a refund. This was 3 weeks ago from the last email attempts and nothing, no product, no refund. Order ##1223742, placed on 5-17-23. I can post order receipt and emails if needed. Update: After weeks of no communication, a refund was issued days after my trust pilot review was posted. I was again an important customer once there were consequences. No apology, no explanation was given.I am adding one star for the refund and another because they have been good in the past. Full disclosure, the company did reach out and ask me to remove the review and even mentioned a store credit in our text log. I am not interested in either of those options.

Excellent customer service I bought a few peptides CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin blend, GHK Cu Topical, and Pt 141. They were very prompt in shipping it to my Shipitto address in the U.S. Unfortunately Shipito would not ship it to India anymore, ( they had shipped peptides in the past). Biotech peptides refunded 50% of my money, they agreed to ship another set to India free of cost, i had to pay for shipping. They were very prompt in replying to my messages, excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and will be a long term customer for their products.

I had forgot the name of Biotech… I had forgot the name of Biotech Peptides but I remember I'd ordered from them before and they sent the product but never collected the Zelle Payment. I did call them and inform them the payment had not been collected and she thanked me for my honesty. I was researching the BEST Peptide Suppliers and Biotech Peptides came in #2!!! When I saw the name it bought to my memory that this was the peptide company I'd ordered from before, so I placed another order and they do have an existing account for me. I'm very happy!
